Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Programs and Early Intervention (EI)

Our ABA Programs are designed to meet the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families who require an intensive and structured in home skills training program. The services will support meaningful skill building during functional activities that serve a definite purpose for the consumer and their family. The services will be structured and utilize best practice technologies for consumers implemented by trained Clinical Directors, Program Supervisors, Behavioral Therapists. Ed Support Services will assess and implement programs that address needs in the areas of behavior, self-help, life skills, leisure, and social skills. Following the initial evaluation and assessment, goals and objectives will be outlined to give the program clear direction. We also offer this program to Spanish-speaking families.

Behavior Intervention

We conduct a thorough behavioral assessment and implement a behavior plan.  Our focus is to teach the family how best to support the client with a developmental disability, so we spend many hours coaching and advising parents and other caregivers in the home and community setting. Several of our behavior consultants are fluent in Spanish.

Social Skills Groups

Our Social Skills Groups are designed to meet the needs of children and their families who require small group support to increase social and behavioral skills. The services will support meaningful skill building during functional activities that serve a definite purpose for the child and their family. The services will be structured and utilize best practice technologies for consumers implemented by trained social skills facilitators. We assess and implement programs that address needs in the areas of behavior, communication, and social skills. Our groups are provided to participants that are 6 years or older. We utilize a variety of curriculum aimed at improving social understanding, social language, and social functioning within the context of fun and functional activities. Groups will be comprised of participants of similar ages and the curriculum will be tailored to meet the needs of the participants, with an emphasis on age-appropriateness.  The goal is to provide participants with the tools necessary to access social and leisure activities in their community with increased independence, self confidence, safety and enjoyment.
